It was discovered that gambling was being organized in specially prepared rooms in the Degrezlik neighborhood of Kokand city, the press service of the Fergana regional Department of Internal Affairs reported.
The investigation revealed that 10 participants and 1 spectator participated in a gambling game. The games involved throwing dice and betting 5,000-10,000 soums on each game.
During the event, a total of 4 million 128 thousand soums in cash, 14 glasses, and 2 pieces of "shashqol" game were seized as evidence.
Further investigations are underway into the incident, the report said.
