The Syrian Ministry of Tourism has announced that visitors to public beaches, whether tourists or locals, must take into account the feelings of the community. According to it, women must wear a veil or a loose robe over their swimsuits when moving between the beach and other places. Men are also not allowed to walk around in public places without a top.
