By decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the position of Head of Administration was established within the structure of the Presidential Administration. Saida Mirziyoyeva, the president's daughter and assistant, was appointed to this position. Komil Allamjonov, the former head of the Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, became an independent advisor to Saida Mirziyoyeva.
