According to the Hijri-lunar calendar, the 10th day of the month of Zulhijjah is considered the first day of Eid al-Adha - the Feast of Sacrifice. Accordingly, the first day of Eid al-Adha in Uzbekistan is expected to fall on Friday, June 6. In turn, the Day of Arafah will be celebrated on Thursday, June 5. According to the Hijri calendar, Eid al-Adha begins on the 10th day of Zulhijjah after the Fajr prayer and continues until the Asr prayer on the 13th day.
